I’m Benjamin Hamlett, and my career as an elite athlete has taken me across three continents, ingraining in me a profound understanding that to excel under pressure, rise above adversity and express our peak performance greatly depends on developing a holistic approach to developing optimal health performance.
With a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and over a decade of experience as an advanced ASCA-accredited Strength and Conditioning Coach and rehab specialist, I’ve delved deep into the mechanics of human performance and well-being.
Since 2014 I have helped thousands of people overcome significant pain and adversity, better deal with stress and mental challenges, and develop the health qualities and skills that connect them to a level of strength, personal power, and confidence—enabling them to achieve success and create outcomes in life they once only dreamed of.
