Ben is a former professional footballer, ASCA-accredited Strength & Conditioning Coach, BSc-qualified in Psychology, FRC Mobility & FMA Movement Health practitioner, and certified Oxygen Advantage® master instructor. He has coached 1-on-1 since 2014 and consults for defence forces, sports teams, corporates and schools across Australia. Yes—programmes start with a full intake form, breathing screen, psychological , physiological and movement assessment. Ben has extensive experience working with complex health health/medical conditions and chronic pain. Every drill has a regression and a progression to keep training pain-free. If medical clearance is needed for specific cardiovascular or neurological conditions there will be a recommendation & process to gain clearance from allied health professionals..
